    地质聚合物在硫铁矿酸性水污染治理中的应用前景浅析

    • 摘要: 地质聚合物是一种具有三维网络状结构的无机高聚合物,具有耐腐蚀、硬化快、抗渗透性能优良、低膨胀率、固封重金属作用、良好的界面结合力、耐久性强等优点。硫铁矿矿区矿硐涌水、弃渣堆渗水呈强酸性,富含有许多重金属,对河流水质污染严重。普通水泥、抗硫酸水泥在治理工程中均被磺水腐蚀,没有起到很好的效果。地质聚合物以其优越的性能,适合于硫铁矿矿区酸性水污染治理工程,其应用前景广泛。

       

      Abstract: Geopolymer is a kind of inorganic high polymer with three-dimensional network structure, which has the advantages of corrosion resistance, fast hardening, excellent permeability resistance, low expansion rate, solid sealing of heavy metals, good interface bonding force, strong durability and so on. The gushing water from the mine and the seepage water from the slag dump in the pyrite mining area are strongly acidic and rich in many heavy metals, which pollute the water quality of the river seriously. Common cement and sulphuric acid-resistant cement are corroded by sulfo-water in the treatment project, which does not have a good effect. Geopolymer is suitable for acid water pollution treat engineering in pyrite mining area because of its superior performance, and its application prospect is wide.
