Abstract:
The construction of geological and cultural villages is conducive to the comprehensive utilization of geological and cultural resources and the protection of the ecological environment. Furthermore, it has significant practical significance for the promotion of the strategy of rural revitalization. As the inaugural five-star geological and cultural village in China, Yucun Geological and Cultural Village in Zhejiang serves as a tangible manifestation of the concept of "green mountains and clear waters are as valuable as mountains of gold and silver," while also exemplifying the role of geological work in facilitating rural revitalization. This paper presents a summary of the geological resource endowment of Yucun, an analysis of the construction ideas and practices of Yucun's geological cultural village construction in accordance with local conditions, and offers suggestions and references for the construction of geological cultural villages on a national scale.
