    The Analysis of Application of Geopolymer in Pyrite Acid Water Pollution Treat Engineering

    • Geopolymer is a kind of inorganic high polymer with three-dimensional network structure, which has the advantages of corrosion resistance, fast hardening, excellent permeability resistance, low expansion rate, solid sealing of heavy metals, good interface bonding force, strong durability and so on. The gushing water from the mine and the seepage water from the slag dump in the pyrite mining area are strongly acidic and rich in many heavy metals, which pollute the water quality of the river seriously. Common cement and sulphuric acid-resistant cement are corroded by sulfo-water in the treatment project, which does not have a good effect. Geopolymer is suitable for acid water pollution treat engineering in pyrite mining area because of its superior performance, and its application prospect is wide.
