Thoughts on mineral resource planning of Shaanxi Province during the 15^th Five-Year Plan period

The 15th Five-Year Plan period is a crucial period for the economic and social development of Shaanxi Province. This contribution analyzes the achievements of Shaanxi's mineral resources during the 14th Five-Year Plan, as well as the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead in the 15th Five-Year Plan. It propose six key aspects regarding the formulation and implementation of mineral resources for the 15th Five-Year Plan, and puts forward recommendations for measures to effectively prepare and execute the plan.
