Overall Management And Control Of Mountains, Rivers, Forests, Farmland, Lakes, Grass And Sand System In Shaanxi Province

The key to the integrated protection and systematic management of mountains, rivers, forests, farmland,lakes, grass and sand lies in "overall planning". Combined with the practice of promoting the system management of grass and sand in the mountains and rivers in Shaanxi province, this paper summarizes the achievements of the system management from three aspects, points out three problems existing in the current system management, and puts forward some suggestions on how to do a good job in the system control of grass and sand in the mountains, forests, lakes and lakes from four aspects.
